Don't stress mama. I am here to walk you through it ALL, from hair and makeup, to where to hang your wall portraits!


The only thing you need to do is book a quick phone consult, at your convenience, where we will go over the process and pricing information. Once you are ready to move forward with a session, you will pay the booking fee and we will plan each detail of your custom session at our Andalusia, Alabama studio.


You'll receive a detailed session prep guide when you notify me the baby has been born or when you confirm your family session!

Ahh! Get excited! We are about to create your family heirloom piece of art! You know, the one that is passed down through generations?!

By heirloom, I mean, these portraits are professionally printed with archival ink to last for 100 years to come and will be enjoyed by your kids and grandkids. I offer a variety of products* that also come with their matching digital file for you to print gift prints (sizes up to 10 inches). Think custom albums to flip through, framed canvas above the mantle, keepsake boxes for children to use for a lifetime!


Booking fees cover my time, talent and materials used including:

  • consultation and planning session
  • creating your client portal for agreements and invoice
  • use of client closet, props, wraps, and backdrops
  • professional hair and makeup (ehhem, mama!)
  • portrait session time (newborns may last up to 4 hours)
  • proofing and ordering appointment at the studio or your home
  • hand edits of selections
  • clean up and sanitation of studio before and after session
  • delivery of ordered products

Booking fees do not include any printed images or products.

FAQ

what do we wear?

Your session includes use of studio wardrobe if you see something you love.

I also have a complete style guide on Amazon that I can send a link to, once booked! You can purchase there or just get ideas. I encourage families to try on outfits twice, atleast two weeks prior to session. Make sure you are comfy!

When will we get our photos?

One week after your session we will have a viewing session, in person. You will choose your favorites here and if you'd like to upgrade, you can. Once your digitals are ready, you can download all the photos but also share them and order gift prints!

How many pictures will we receive?

This will depend on what collection you choose. Any print or product you purchase will also include the digital file.

should we bring anything?

I have everything you will need for the newborn session; props, wraps, headbands, bonnets, etc.

For everything else, you are welcome to bring any special family heirlooms (gowns, quilts, etc) to incorporate. This is not required and I do have quilts at the studio.

Do you offer payment options?

Yes. We encourage pre-payments toward collections that can be upgraded at the ordering appoinment.
